About Me
My work is informed by lived experience, natural talent and formal study in Gestalt Therapy, Education, Interplay and Meditation.
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

My life has been a journey of following, ignoring, suppressing, rediscovering and embracing my natural authentic impulse.
As a neurodivergent kid, I was gifted and troubled.
I learnt - through years of experience - the pain and problems that stem from being myself and not being myself.
In an exaggerated sense, you could say I've spent half my time developing coping strategies to manage this pain, and half my time dismantling them. The cost of this has been simple and horrible: disconnection from Truth and Life.
This shapes the heart of my work: supporting people to reconnect, trust and embrace their natural authentic impulse. From this comes challenge but most crucially, Life. Our capacity to love well, live intentionally, and pursue what matters most rests on our ability to stay connected and honour this sacred impulse.
Together with my wife Helen, this work is an expression of our shared calling and personal journeys.
Drawing on my background in Gestalt Therapy, my education career and experience with personal development, I've come to learn how to engage trials and obstacles as invitations to growth and deeper alignment with our natural now and natural next.
My heart is to help people rediscover the space to be them and express their capacity to give, live and love in their own unique and potent way.
